Description
Tastings.
For whiskey production 68% of corn grown in Texas and the Midwest, 22% of Canadian rye grains, 10% of two-row malted barley are used. At the finish, the whiskey was aged in new American white oak barrels (charred to level 3). The aroma reveals notes of dark cocoa, carmel, honey and vanilla. The taste is soft, warming, perfectly balanced.
